When you purchase a Soul Contract reading, we collect your full birth name, date of birth, and email address. This information is used solely to generate your personalized reading and deliver it to you.
We use Stripe to process payments. We never store your credit card details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe.
How We Use Your Information
Your birth name and date of birth are used exclusively to calculate your numerology profile and generate your Soul Contract PDF. Your email address is used to deliver your reading and to send occasional messages directly related to your order.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage
Your order details are stored securely in our database (Supabase) and your PDF is stored in secure cloud storage. Both are hosted on servers within the European Union and United States.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@mysouldestiny.com. We will remove your information from our systems within 30 days.
